7.1 Newsletter Sign-Up
If you sign up for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you information about our offers. The only required field is your e-mail address; other fields are optional and used to personalize communications. We use a double opt-in process — you will receive a confirmation e-mail and must click the link to activate your subscription. We record your IP address and the date/time of sign-up to document consent and prevent misuse of your e-mail address.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter e-mail or by contacting us directly. Upon unsubscribing, your e-mail address is removed from our mailing list promptly, unless further use is legally permitted or you have separately consented to it.

7.2 Newsletter Delivery via Klaviyo
Our newsletters and marketing e-mails are sent via Klaviyo, Inc., 225 Franklin St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Data you provide when signing up (e.g., e-mail address, and where applicable, purchase and browsing behavior) is stored on Klaviyo's servers and used to send and statistically evaluate our marketing communications, including via tracking pixels that show whether a message was opened or a link was clicked, and conversion tracking to determine whether a purchase followed a marketing e-mail or SMS.

8. Order Processing and Service Providers

To process your order, we share necessary personal information with:

  • Shipping partners, for delivery of goods (name, delivery address, and phone number if required for delivery)
  • Payment processors, for payment processing (see Section 9)
  • Order Printer Pro (FORSBERG+TWO, Tranegårdsvej 74, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark), for generating invoices, receipts, shipping labels, and related business documents

Data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
